If you want to take the next step toward elite fitness you are at the right place!

Step 1
Contact our office at 817-271-4005 to schedule a Free Introductory Session. This session will last from 45 min to 1 hour.
Step 2
After completing the Introductory Session, we will assess your present physical performance with a baseline test.
Step 3
Review your testing results with a coach
Step 4
Discuss the membership enrollment options available.
Step 5
Receive Enrollment package to decide when and how to get started!
* If you are familiar with CrossFit training, you can log onto our website or www.crossfit.com and perform the workout of the day (WOD). Scaling and modification may be required.
