CrossFit Boot Camp – Ladies Only! – “Building a Fit Community”
What is CrossFit Boot Camp?
CrossFit Boot Camp is a fun and interactive fitness environment using safe, functional movement exercises, varied programs, and high intensity training to generate great fitness! We utilize endurance, stamina, strength, power, flexibility, mobility, agility, coordination and speed training to get the maximum results in the least amount of time. Participants work with each other in a community environment to promote reaching their fitness goals. Participants will use training aides such as jump ropes, boxes, kettle bells, medicine balls, agility ladders, hurdles, cones, abmats, PVC barbells, resistive bands and pull-up or body row bars.
Who should Participate?
This camp is a Ladies-Only Camp! WE ARE LIMITING THE CAMP TO THE FIRST 10 PARTICIPANTS
Anyone! Anyone can participate in our CrossFit Boot Camps. They are infinitely scalable to the fitness level and needs of the individual athlete. In our eyes, everyone is an athlete and needs fitness! Intensity is relative and will be scaled to each participant’s capacity to train. Make no doubt about it though, this is CrossFit! We can get you in the best shape of your life! High intensity training will help you lose weight, gain lean muscle mass, and change your body composition!
