Dynamic mobility before the WOD to warm-up
Four rounds for time of;
Prowler sprint 40 meters (90# on prowler)
KB swings 20 reps 1.5/1 pood
Pull-ups 10 reps

which she also ran last year. She started Crossfit in January and has been able to drastically cut back her weekly mileage AND her performance has improved significantly.
to love that 80/20 rule. ;)
