Wow! We are almost finished with the Food Challenge! The gym was a mass of athletes moving about trying to get that last Fran or CrossFit Total completed and get their measurements taken. As a reminder, we will be announcing the winners of the Food Challenge Wednesday. Some of the before and after pics are great and the Fran times have gone through the bottom of the floor! To all who have weathered the storm, keep it up. Discipline is painful for the moment, but afterwards it yields good fruit.

Chili Cook-Off fellowship!
We had a lot of skill work completed yesterday. We will be doing that more often. Great to see everyone working on movements and skills that they don't feel comfortable with. Keep bringing in the news about your paleo challenge! We have a little less than 2 weeks left, so finish strong!

For those new members that will be starting the On-Ramp CrossFit Class this Friday, please contact the office to schedule or go online and schedule for the class. The class is posted on the schedule. We have also eliminated the Elements Class Series from the schedule and On-Ramp will replace it. Saturday WOD scheduling has also changed please make note.
