Members who have not yet completed Fran or CrossFit Total for completion of the Food Challenge, need to do so today. Unless prior arrangements have been made with your coach, no measurements or values will be accepted after today. Winners of the Performance and Body Composition Food as Fuel Challenge 2010 will be announced on Wednesday, 17th here on the site and at the box!

Probably won't see this again for a while!

Food Challenge Participants measure CF Total
If you have not noticed the blog is having problems in the comments section and we are working on it. We will have it up and running asap. Also, if you did not perform Fran yesterday, you need to do so today for the Food Challenge performance measurements. The participation fee of $20.00 will be deducted from member accounts unless requested to do otherwise.
We had some great Fran times yesterday with some new times on the white board and PR's! Keep up the good work!
