Dynamic group warm-up and mobility

Community WOD - you will start at the box and finish back at the box, but all the work will be done out in the community.

Run 6 min as a group

Stop and perform 50 squats

Run 5 min as a group

Stop and perform 50 push-ups

Turn around and go back toward the box running for 6 min as a group

Stop and perform 50 leg lunges

Run the remaining distance back to the box and then perform 50 burpees

Post total time of the group and work together to motivate each other!

Even dogs like to go to CrossFit events!

Several people have asked me about the Z-Team! Sorry, sometimes I post stuff without thinking first. The Z-Team programming is for anyone who is working towards competing in the CrossFit Games 2012 Open. Anyone can do the programming as long as they can do the main WOD prescribed first. Sorry for the confusion.
