"High five for the end of the WOD..."
The Games are getting closer both for our box and the CrossFit Games in California. Competitors are being added daily. Continue to check the daily Blog to see what's going on! We will be adding hints frequently and updating you on new information. We will also be sending out e-mails to competitors about games details.
Remember to continue to schedule for classes using the online scheduling system. If you have any problems, let one of the coaches know so we can get them resolved.
