WOD: 4rds+3p/p w/14# (and one round of 10#) & 55#. One of my many favorite things about CF is how helpful everyone is. I have been trying to do double unders and have the bruises to prove it. Cesa and Erin explained it this morning and told me what I was doing wrong...and I got it! Yea! Thanks so much guys, you were awesome :) Way to go Amber, can't wait for you to join us!!!!
Great job to everyone this morning and way to go Terra on the Double Unders and Pull Ups. That was impressive not only getting it but stringing together a few double unders at a time!
