Dynamic group mobility before the WOD
In teams of two complete 8 rounds of;
10 Pull-ups
10 Thrusters 95/65
Row 400m
Partners alternate tasks throughout workout, with only one partner working at a time (e.g., Round 1 – Partner A does 10 thrusters, Partner B does 10 Pull-Ups, Partner A sprints 400 meters; Round 2 – Partner B does 10 thrusters, Partner A does 10 Pull-Ups, Partner B sprints 400 meters). Dynamic mobility before the WOD
"Teams of Two" complete the following tasks with only one athlete working at a time except for during the run;
Box Jumps 100 reps
KB Swings 100 reps
Ground to overhead 95/65 75 reps
Burpees 75 reps
Push-ups 50 reps
Wall Ball 50 reps
Run 1 mile (this can be performed by each athlete running an 800m, or 1 athlete doing the entire mile, or any other combination, just complete 1 mile total distance as a two person team)
