Warm-Up with dynamic hip mobility, 800m row or 5x100m sprints

Squat with light to moderate load for 10-15 reps for movement training

Back Squat, Front Squat, or Overhead Squat 3x5

Rest

3x10

Seated Box Jumps(sit on 12" box jump up to 24-30" box)

Dead Hang Pull-ups
