Congrats to Brett for finishing his On-Ramp Series of classes yesterday. Brett has lost right at 20 lbs since joining the box and is well on his way to a better body, health and capacity. BTW, he re-tested his baseline yesterday and shaved over two and half minutes off his previous time! Way to go Brett!
