Starting next week we are going to release the Coach's Weekly Challenge! The challenge will be 12 randomly chosen Wods performed once a week for 12 weeks. Each member who wants to participate can do so and scores will be posted on a page link. This will give members the opportunity to continue to work on movement quality and the competitive spirit.
