Before -1 month Primal Blueprint Food

After - 1 month Primal Blueprint Food
Meet Seth Ammon. Seth is a member who is presently away at college and decided to take his diet into his own hands and take our advice and start eating based off of Mark Sisson's book, The Primal Blueprint. His mother Raymi, also a member at CFFTW, sent the after pic to me and then I had his food challenge pic from earlier this year to compare. Imagine what Seth is going to look like in another month. Keep it up dude!
