Ladder - Pick one of your favorite CrossFit movements, pull-ups, KB swings, burpees, rowing, running, push-ups, muscle ups, HSPU, GHD situ-ups, GHD hip-ext, etc....do 30 secs on, 1min off, 30 secs on, 50 secs off, 30 secs on, 40 secs off, 30 secs on 30 secs off, 30 secs on, 40 secs off, 30 secs on, 50 secs off, 30 secs on
