Matt's going as fast as he can but Elisabeth is a speed demon!
Great crowd in the gym last night! There was some serious back squatting and agility work going on. Working the 10 general physical skills takes us off guard sometimes. Don't you love it! We worked strength, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. What more can you ask for?
Be sure to let us know what you are bringing for the Christmas Party and how many will be attending. There is going to be a sign up sheet on the front office counter for food and attendance.
