Dynamic mobility before the WOD
As a two man team, complete AMRAP in 20 min of (one team member working at a time, all reps by each athlete must be performed unbroken)
Stone Carries 80 m
Wall Ball 20 reps 20/14
Pull-Ups 20 reps
Back Squats 10 reps (choose a weight that either athlete can perform)

If you want to participate in an endurance event, come to the endurance meeting on March 19th @ 9 am. This is a great opportunity to swim, bike or run and have great fun! We will be training for these events based on participation and the time of event in the season.

muay thai class, work on that swtich stance this week-remember that your switch stance should be a mirror image of your regular thai stance. don't feel that you need to go extra wide to generate power.
