Who says lifting weights is only for the boys?

Way to kill it in the Coaches Challenge WOD guys! Everyone in the box yesterday left everything they had on the run, kettlebells and TTB. I saw some awesome examples of why we do what we do.Now, record, recover and repeat! Support each training session with quality rest, nutrition, and attention to your body's response to training.
