Training the younger generation! This summer we will be starting our CF Kids class. Information will be coming your way about the schedule and times.

The Mobility/Flexibility class will be starting this next week on Wednesday night at 6:30 pm. We already have 10 members committed to participate. The class will run for 4 weeks and will be held each Wednesday night.
