"Death by burpees" every minute on the minute do 2 burpees with games style push-up positioning at the bottom of the movement. Example, min 1-2 burpees, min 2-4 burpees, min 3-6 burpees, etc...

The 2012 CrossFit Games Open Competition will release the first WOD today! Keep an eye out on our site. As soon as the WOD is posted we will update the site. We have lots of members who have decided to do it this year! Good luck to all!
