Rest Day

Congrats to Coach Miles for winning the Overall Male category at the 2010 Saginaw, "Run the Rails" 5k! Miles ran a 18:18 beating all other males in the race. He represented well with his CrossFit Fort Worth, "Food is Fuel" shirt. He also ran this race with a lacerated foot and was not able to push as hard as he would have liked. Miles, we are proud of your athletic excellence, your great coaching skills and love for other people. If I had a son, I could not of asked for a better one than one like Miles! Keep running the race!
