Day 59 for the burpee challenge! One arm burpees are becoming a challenge, no rest for the weary! We're going heavy today on the deadlift and push-ups. Eat your wheaties! On the other hand, no neolithic foods allowed. Eat eggs, meat, nuts and fresh fruit for breakfast! Look for the Member of Month in the What's New Section of the home page!
