5 minute ride completed 1.25 miles....Butt and upper legs Burning good...heart rate up
6 minute ride completed 1.78 miles...Noticed my upper right leg more fatigued than the left leg.
7 minute ride completed 1.53 miles...After a minute of rest left hip cramp briefly. Drinking LOTS of Water!
